Steel Wheels Nah, this is time sensitive. What the hell does that mean? Free tickets, a club show, meet the band...

This is something that everyone, not just RS fan club members, can get in on. And it's going to be announced the morning after the opening of a world tour to promote a new album.

I'm puzzled.
