Dan I have been listening to the newly obtained Pixies at the Wiltern 6/2-3/05 early/late soundboards pretty much nonstop on the walkman while watching the usual slew of metal DVDs at home (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest etc)

and if there are so many Nicky Hopkins fans here why cant you help me find audio and DVD of the shows he did with Andy McCoy in December 1991?

Monkey Woman I recently discovered Pharaoh's Daughter. Blending modern sounds with "swirling Hasidic chants, Mizrachi and Sephardi folk-rock". You should check it, jb.

Navin 'Dirty Diamonds' by Alice Cooper - ever since more than a month ago when it first got the UK release on July 4, but the US release was on August 2...but was surprised to find complete online downloads right on that day it came out !!

This one has him in the classic AC Group mould...while paying his tributes to his beloved Stones influence.

JJ Flash even gave us an earlier mp3 download of "Zombie Dance" from a radio recording, where Alice talks briefly about this...but I guess there are not that many Alice Cooper fans on this board.

Note that the US version includes a bonus track "The Sharpest Pain" which is substituted by "Stand" in the UK release.
