Topic: Brazilian Book Return to archive

scull Apologies if this has been discussed already, but I found a reference on Nico Z'z site to a Brazilian Stones book 'Os Rolling Stones No Brazil' which appears to cover Mick, Keith, Marianne and Anita's trips to Brazil around '68-'69. It can be ordered from www.ampersand.com.br by the looks of things (I don't read Portugese though).

Can anyine tell me if:

1. There are any good and/or rare photos in this book? (It's one of may favourite Stones periods)
2. Is there any point if you only read English?
3. Available in any UK stores?

Any opinions welcome!

riccardo Hi,
I ordered the book some months ago.It is quite thick, with lots of unseen photos.I think it is worth even if I do not speak Brazilian/Portuguese.Absolutely unavailable elsewhere but from ampersand.

scull Thanks Riccardo, I will try to order it, I think I can navigate the Ampersand website, but I may need a Portugese Phrase Book!!

The cover photo lokks cool anyway!

The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
