Hello Egon.
Very hard to answer !
I speak in french now because I'm not comfortable with juridic language in english.

http://www.pcinpact.com/actu/news/30385-La-loi-DADVSI-validee-en-partie-par-le-Conse.htm

Merci Jeep.
So publishers are allowed to use copy control,
but is making a copy for own use still allowed?
Another thing; do internet providers now have to
give their client details to third parties,
or are we still protected under the privacy law?
and what about this scannig of email?

For all the people who wonders what DAVDSI is, it's a new french law who cans send you to jail for 3 years and a 300.000€ fine just if you download Streets of Love on Emule.
It's more safe dealing dope.
