Topic: Would they end the tour with a club show in London? Return to archive

nasalwizard I think this could be possible, to come full circle and end it at Brixton or Sheppherds bush maybe ??. I think brixton would be better...i can only dream...

Gazza No chance.

Firstly, there'd have been rumours about it by now.

Secondly, its too 'low-key' to end a tour with a small gig. They just wouldnt do it.

Thirdly, as far as I know the crew are contracted up to the final 02 show. Obviously, a theatre show wouldnt require too many of them but I dont think its feasible at such a late stage. Even if they were to postpone any shows now, I doubt they would get rescheduled.

Fourthly, not enough money. They wouldnt be interested.

Erik_Snow The 4th point is the only 'real stopper' for such a show

none of them will even talk to each other until the spring when Shine A light premieres.
Not for any reasons other than just work is done, time to go back to their lives...

Glimmer Twin Oh God, it could be. I'll be holding my breath. I can't imagine a world where there is no promise of a new Stones album or tour.

Mr Jurkka Im sure that Stones will make another album, another tour on somewhere 2008-2010? For their 50 years togheter like Licks Tour.
