Poplar
I may have to take some specs, to check you guys out.

i'm kinda stuck with some mediocre seats for my shows, but oh well.

August 16th, 2005 06:11 AM
corgi37 You better take lots of pics for us poor bastards left behind. Camera phones, real hi-res digital cameras (i recommend the Casio EX-P700) or even a Box Brownie.

Just take some pics!!!

Tell security Corgi said you could.
August 16th, 2005 06:13 AM
luxury1 throbby and I got two for Hartford.
August 16th, 2005 06:45 AM
Gazza I think T&A got onstage tickets for one of the San Francisco shows

According to rumours, probably everyone got onstage for Detroit. there'll be no one in the rest of the stadium for that one

luxury1 Thanks, MW!! It could be a very bad "seat" sound and sight-wise, but I just have to do it once, ya know??
And no, I will not be tossing anything to Sir Mick. ONe must never repeat oneself....
August 16th, 2005 08:38 AM
T&A oops - opened a new thread accidentally - meant to respond to Gazza's post - yes I scored two on-stagers to SBC#1...
August 16th, 2005 08:46 AM
christijanus Could get for a few shows tickets, but I wanted for SF, but didn't succeeded, shit
congratulations T&A

throbby I don't think standing in the box will be all that bad. Maybe if one was in the rear of the box and unable to see over the heads in front. Now that would suck. Then again maybe there is a cat walk running along the back side of the boxes?

How many in a box anyway? Has anyone read or heard anything about this? Hopefully the people aren't configured like sardines in a can.

August 16th, 2005 09:18 AM
J.J.Flash Errr.... I'm affraid to ask.... anyway.... how expensive are them?

TIA
August 16th, 2005 09:28 AM
throbby Hey J.J.!

The tickets were 250 dollars plus service charges, so around 270 dollars each.

Online brokers seem to feel they can ask ten times that amount.

you are not permitted to bring anything to eat/drink up to the box and are not permitted to leave and return...if you leave, you are done! (at least that is what I am told)
August 16th, 2005 12:01 PM
Shawn2020 I got two tickets for Moncton...section 7 on Keith's side. It will keep me away from the Hell's Angels. LOL

pdog I was traveling that day, so I didn't know about it until Saturday. I don't feel like I really missed anything special. I may feel differently hearing about peoples experiences.
