I just received a mail from Ticketmaster:

Dear Ticketmaster customer

You have purchased tickets for the Rolling Stones concert at the Astoria in
London on the 27 August 2003.

As you are aware we will be sending an official letter which must be taken
to the venue on the day of the event in order to aid collection of your
tickets. However, we are aware that with only a few weeks to the performance
a number of overseas customers will be preparing to travel to the UK ahead
of the show. To ensure that we get the letter to you we are prepared to
deliver, by secure post or by hand, to a UK location upon your arrival. To
help us with this could you please provide the following information:

* The date you are travelling to the UK
* An address that you will be staying at and the dates of the
stay.
* A contact number (preferably a mobile number) should we need
to contact you.

We will then take the appropriate steps to get the letter to you by post or
by hand.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have regarding the
above and I look forward to assisting you with this matter.
