The Byrds were a Great Band back in the day. I would question the tastes of anyone who denies that. It should go without saying.

I will save my posts for the Roger McGuinn & Gram Parsons appreciation threads!

pdog Woodstock never impressed me. Jimi Hendrix played on a Monday morning in front of a few thousand people. Fucking hippies are like dogs chasing their tales, except dogs smell better and have better fashion sense!

Hell no. This thread has almost as many posts as the IORR appreciation thread....which tells me that the board almost appreciates David Crosby as much as IORR.

It's true! I can't believe IORR doesn't get more love around here...damn...

MrPleasant Hurray. I just love Bill Cosby. His show made me spent such warm afternoons, while I was trying to get under my cousin's pijamas. Oh boy.

wasted I've always felt a spiritual connection to the man.

He may have a brand new liver and may not have made any worthwhile music in 25 years or so but David thanks for your contribution to the Byrds, CSN, CS, and CSNY, AND that first solo album.

Recently saw David in concert (CSNY) and he seems a little wasted but in good spirits.

TO A GREAT AMERICAN

nankerphelge CSNY is playing here is Sweet Virginia tonite. I have a ticky, but I can't go because trial looms.

One of the other guys on my case is going.
He is a personal friend of Dave's - has done trademark work for him.
