A GUITAR signed by three of the Rolling Stones, and autographs of Beatle John Lennon and Great Escape star Steve McQueen have gone on sale at the Infinitely Better shop.

The store, which is located on the first floor of the Brunel Centre, sells all kinds of film memorabilia and autographs from stars of sports, the music industry and the silver screen.

The cream-coloured Stargazer electric guitar features the signatures of rockers, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Mick Jagger and comes with a price ticket of £1,175.

The signed picture of John Lennon is expected to be just as highly sought after. On sale for £2,200, it features the murdered star's mark with a caricature of his face and trademark round rimmed glasses.

Beatles signatures are gold-dust. Earlier this year, a set of all the Fab Four's autographs was snapped up for £3,750 within three hours of the store opening.

A signed picture of Great Escape and Bullitt star Steve McQueen is priced £1,250.

Shop owner, Steve Goss said: "We have been open a year now, and it has just been fantastic. The Rolling Stones and Lennon signatures are all really rare pieces, and while most of Steve McQueen's signatures weren't done by him, this one was made by the man himself."

Meanwhile, a pair of shoes owned by pop queen, Madonna, which were on sale in the shop, was sold to a Swindon man who said he was planning to use them as a centrepiece for his coffee table.

Mr Goss said: "We are going into Bond in a big way in the next few months. Everybody loves Bond, and they also happen to be my favourite films.

This week a set of faux diamonds, which played a key role in the Bond film, Die Another Die will go on sale.

They may not appear all that significant, but the diamonds were used in a lovemaking scene at the end of the film between James Bond and Agent Jinx, and several were put into Halle Berry's belly button in the scene.

Each diamond will be sold separately with a cutting of the actual film used to make the movie.

"We are quite excited to have these diamonds in the shop. I think they will appeal to both genders rather than just men. Halle Berry might attract the men but she is also a heroine to women too, so there will be an appeal both ways.

Bond girls, Caroline Munro and Madeline Smith will appear at the shop next month.

Ms Smith played the part of Miss Caruso and the first character viewers see in the film, Live and Let Die.

She appears at the Infinitely Better store on Thursday, September 4. Ms Munro played the character of Naomi in the Bond film, The Spy Who Loved Me.

One of the evil characters in the film, she is sent to kill Bond but is killed herself when 007 Lotus-cum-submarine fires a missile into the helicopter she is flying. Caroline appears at Infinitely Better on Thursday, August 18.

Steve is also in talks with Bond Girls, Shirley Eaton who was painted gold for Goldfinger and Britt Ekland from, The Man with the Golden Gun.
