padre...I don't think there was any "cherry" in that pie he was munching. That cherry was LONG gone.
More like "hair pie".

The video "Rewind" was released in early 84. Primarily, it was used to promote the "UNdercover" album. The clips on the video are: she was hot, undercover, too much blood, angie, miss you, brown sugar (not THE brown sugar, but the live version from Love you Live. The actual clip was an almalgamation of the cocksucker blues, ladies and gentlemen, and live at hampton roads movies), waiting on a friend, its only rock and roll, neighbours and start me up (not the classic clip, but footage from the 81 tour). At the time it was supposed to include rare footage. WHich, like anything related to the stones, was bullshit and overrated. The supposed rare stuff from cocksucker blues included the roadie picking up the nude girl, shots of keith backstage and interviews with fans. In total, less than a minute! the clips were uncut, which by todays standards, aint saying much. Funny, how the offical singles that were on the "rewind" album like, tumling dice, hot stuff, fool to cry and wild horses didnt get a show. The tape only goes for 60 minutes.jagger and bill's museum banter was nothing short of embarrassing. And the sound was fucking woeful. what i want to know is, when are they going to have the guts to release all of cocksucker blues on dvd (with directors commentary of course). what i want, in this their 40th year, is a box set of dvds featuring ALL, yep ALL the tours from 71 on. All have been filmed. I want the 75 folding stage, the mostly ignored 78 tour, 71 farewell tour, and alternative 72, 81 and 89 stuff. They wont, but i want. MInd you, here in Australia, only B2B is available on dvd. All their videos are now not available, including voodoo lounge. |

I have the video, but it's a BETA tape, so it's been a long time since I've seen it. I seem to recall a scene where the boys are in their airplane and it seems that I remember a bit of sex being filmed. Although not extremely graphic, I do recall nudity. Are you guys sure that I am not right??

It actually was released in November 1984 and was to promote the compilation album of the same name, which ahd come out in early July

theres some footage from Paris 1976 too, amongst others, i think
>Funny, how the offical singles that were on the "rewind" album like, tumling dice, hot stuff, fool to cry and wild horses didnt get a show
well..there werent promo videos made of either Wild Horses or Tumbling Dice
>what i want to know is, when are they going to have the guts to release all of cocksucker blues on dvd (with directors commentary of course).
I dont think they have much of a say in the matter. The band stopped the release of the original movie for obvious reasons ("we'd be fuckin busted from here to Timbuctoo if it ever came out" - Mick)and ever since from what I hear its only ever been shown at film shows where Robert Frank himself is in attendance. "ladies & gentlemen" is a much better account anyway of what the Stones were like in 1972 - theres hardly any music in "Cocksucker Blues"

Good idea!
