LuvGlimmerTwins a plea for help--

grabbed the woodstock tapes before the IP change, and have two corrupt files.

Could some kind soul reseed the original torrent, so I could rectify the trouble?

Thank you kindly

Steel Wheels Can anyone direct me to a FAQ regarding these bit torrents? I want to download some of these goodies, but have no idea what's involved.

Thanks

This site will tell you everything you need to know:
http://netforbeginners.about.com/od/peersharing/a/torrenthandbook.htm
There are several BT clients you can use, but I prefer the µtorrent client. It's pretty straightforward and uses minimum system resources:

It's all a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it there's nothing to it. Enjoy!

The original Saitama torrent on DIME was ripped straight from the silver CDs. Did anyone manage to complete the download there? If so, why burn the files to CD-R first and rip them again? Why not just seed the original FLAC files here?

I simply ripped the tracks from the CDR's I received. I think my original post for this torrent may have been misleading - I didn't have to re-encode or convert the files to FLAC. I've edited the post accordingly.

Beezer Another plea for help folks.....
I managed to get about 31% of the
Genuine Masters Ladies And Gentlemen ISO
before the tracker went down.
Is there any chance that some kind soul
could re-upload this to the tracker.
Thanks in anticipation

Tim(UK)

PS Sorry for the double post....
Just realised that my initial post
didn't go in this thread....

GotToRollMe I'll be offline for a couple of days. I'll be back Friday and resume seeding the Hartford torrents.

Technical question : I am still downloading/seeding Let It Bleed 1 (57 %)on the DHT from the previous tracker and I wanted to continue with the new link, then I tried to add the new link to my client (azureus), but it tells me that the(old)torrent has already been added. How to resume it with the new link, without of course loosing everything ?

Thanks for any help.

And many thanks for the collective effort from all of those who helped to reseed again lost torrents.

If the files are the same (check the size) just remove (AKA delete) the torrent file, making sure not to delete the audio or video files. then download a new torrent file, like usual, and point it to the original audio or video files folder. the client will hash check the files and restart you at the percentage you were at.

I don't have azureus but it should work the same as all the others

gonzalo76 REQUEST: EL MOCAMBO '77

I would like to know if somebody could upload "The Rolling Stones Live At the El Mocambo Club 1977" or "El Mocambo '77" to the tracker. I heard it's great and I would love to have it.

Thanks in advance,
Gr.

Crazy Mamma

*From the rare El Mocambo acetate
-----------------------------------

P.S: Gazza authorized this bootleg to be on the tracker because: "the version of Little Red Rooster from the acetate is the uncut version which is about 2 minutes longer than the edited version on LYL. Crackin' Up may be a different mix, although I think its the same length - but Nico's page suggests there was extra studio work done on it, so its ok to upload it."

what you have to do is look at the date this thread started. go to the top of the page and just above the new topic button you'll see archives. click archives and you'll see they are by date. start at the date this thread started and you'll probably find it a week or so after that date.

Same quality as on "the harder they come" from Idol Mind (excellent stereo) for the 1978 studio outtakes.
"Between the buttons" outtakes are in fair/poor mono quality.

Pauli Anybody has these two new DAC titles:
- A Bigger Bang In Saitama 2CD (SBD)
- Absolutely Mindblowing 4CD (Rio,Superbowl,Buenos Aires)

I've heard that new Saitama release should be better than "Bang In Saitama".
