swapwoodfortaylor Just back from the English pub....not all shut at 11PM !! Needed to hear Honky Tonk Women (live) to get in the mood for Atlanta (26/10/02). Couldn't find 'Brussels', 'Ya Yas', 'Leeds' etc under my pile of Beefheart stuff. Put 'Love You Live' on for 'Honky'. A great album....but it graphically demonstrates the destruction of a wonderful band when played before finding the Taylor albums. Put Jones stuff on the vinyl player and the tears of joy run down my cheeks. Of course....the evidence is there to prove that if the 'inadequate Wood' had been in from the start none of us would have heard of a band called 'The Rolling Stones'. That's obvious. Come on Mick T ....get on the road with them. Regardless I will be at 10 / 15 shows. But if 'he' is going to infuse some blues I will be sitting / standing there sweating with anticipation...instead of simply waiting for the greatest show known to mankind (anyway!).

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
