martha, if you listen your video tape with your vcr connected to you amp and sound system, it's sounds as good as the cd, the audio on the video tape is really great

To make this topic worth the board...
Yhe Ultimate Guide to R.S says that there is more to R'N'R Circus than on the official release. The Stones also played Route 66, Confessin' The Blues, Yonder Wall and Walking Blues on that session!
Back to that boot question again. Has anyone heard these tracks? How are they and why the hell were they not on the official release? Maybe on a DVD later... |

Two of the rehearsal versions of "parachute woman" and one of "You cant always get what you want" (all of them different to the released takes) have circulated on bootlegs for over twenty years
Also, there was a bootleg video of the "rock n roll circus" in circulation for several years before the official release (I got mine around 1983..Im sure it was available before that) and the edit is slightly different than the released version (its also shorter - about 55 minutes) |

Oska, you can still buy RNR Circus in most record shops. HMV in Oxford Street SHOULD have it. You can garantee they can order it for you. If cds are out of print, they can give you addresses of places which specialise is out of print cds.
Just go to HMV
