It's for guys, though the glitters make it a bit feminine.
No indication that it's "official stones ",
but for 10 euros who really cares?

Jumacfly I was close to buy it but well...those strass...ugh!!!
I ve found a belt whith fake Stones songs on it like Dandalion or the lamtern bill wynan...for 1 euro!!
