Topic: Brian Jones' band after The Stones Return to archive
August 5th, 2005 01:28 PM
keithriffhard There were all these rumours and things that he'd said before he died saying that he was going to start a band with Mitch Mitchell who was then out of the Jimi Hendrix Experience (soon to be called back), there were other names that I can't remember now but some of them seemed a little far fetched. But one can only wonder what his band would've been like. Any predictions?

the lineup:

BRIAN JONES- Rhythm Guitar & Backing Vocals
MITCH MITCHELL- Drums
STEVIE WINWOOD- Organ & Lead Vocals
JACK BRUCE- Bass guitar

A supergroup!
