Steel Wheels It's their "What-If" issue. What if Keith's Fiji fall had...well...

You guessed it.

It's a great article and I will listen to the latest Rolling Stones album, A Bigger Bang (2005) and re-read it.

stonedinaustralia interesting - i look forward to reading it

if the "what if" on keith presupposes the fall was fatal then what is the conclusion?...not wishing to sound callous but you could argue - quite convincingly it would seem especially given the mood towards the band around here lately - that keith has established a monumental musical legacy and yet at the moment is percieved to be cheapening it and so keith's demise, while no doubt a huge personal tragedy (but hey we've all got to go sometime)would not result in the world being denied some great gift...or would it?!

i would like to think keith still has some great songs in him - he may have even written them but then, paradoxically, his demise might actually result in them seeing the light of day

did they do a "what if Jimi Hendrix" DIDN'T die??

that would make for some interesting speculation

glencar There isn't enough to write about? Honestly, the speculative articles seem likely to be written for dopes.

stonedinaustralia not necessarily - the idea itself is valid

it's really a matter of execution

it's as meaningful as all this editorialising that passes for journalism these days - musical or otherwise
