I was disapointed with it, who was that guy just slagging of the Stones at every oppurtunity, saying: "after Exile they were finished, or they were already finished before that". He also lambasted Woody at every opportunity, obviously he doesn't like the Stones at all, what the hell was he doing there? what a prick. I thought the show was supposed to be about celebrating the Stones music, not just slagging them off, the usual shit from Britain, what did I expect, slagging of the best group to emerge from our shores. Exile, a great album was criticised by most people and Some Girls was talked nothing about it quality only about that it sold a lot of records, while the program concentrated on the lyrics of Some Girls and the 'disco' number 1. So is this all that we in Britain, will have for the 40th aniversary of the greatest Rock n' Roll band in the world who are from our own shores, a crap 4 hour radio show that criticises the Stones in the main and maybe a couple of songs on TOP2 at some obscure time on a Sunday on BBC2!!!!?????. If it is then I am disgusted, what a load of shit this is, even in France they had an excellent 3 hour show, but here again, the usual British attitude of criticising and ignoring one of its great monuments of music and the twentieth century, THE ROLLING STONES.
