Honky Tonk Man Just got back from the local boozer. Great fucking Who band playing live. Each member looked just like the guy they were representing. Entwistle had the 65-66 look, Townsend had the 1970 Live At Leeds look and Daltery had the eerrrrm, Daltery look? Of course, Mr Moon was Mr Moon!!

They Were awsome, Joey would of loved it! I know these bands are not he real thing, but Fuck, they were mega. They started with "Heaven And Hell". Went through the hits, a bit of Tommy, Quadrophinoia, Who Next then DANG DANG DANG DANG, "TALKING 'BOUT MA G, G, G , GENERATION!!!!!!!!!!!"

WOO HOOOOOO

Scot Rocks I haven't seeen any Who, tribute bands, myself, I know one was about a couple of months ago however I was too busy, last tribute band I saw was on St. Pat's day when there was a U2 tribute band who too were pretty good. I just hope I see the real thing, or well Pete and Rodger one day...man why was I not around when these guys were all at their peak.

Long Live Rock

Honky Tonk Man Yep. You are so right Mark. However, i am sober now. Still, they were a great band. They are playing down here in Kent in December. Gonna check them out again.

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
