One matter we will agree on.
Tonight we played the best show of our entire NEW career, our first ever show in Spain, at the Olympic Hall in Madrid. The crowd were spectacular. Beyond that, they were the most familiar with our music of any crowd we have ever played to.
This is not the old Who. We never said it would be. It is something else. It matters. The music came alive tonight in the actions and voices of the audience.
I can't wait to come back to Madrid and play again. I think on this too Roger and I will agree. "

Roger is getting hosed out of money, but it isn't because of webcasts, it is because they have hooked up with Satan (Cohl) and the evil empire (Ultrastar) to screw their fan base.
Just say no to fan clubs and crooked ticket selling scams.
Roger will stay poor because they were too damn stupid to announce their dates prior to the Stones and as a result I (and many others) will be traveling to many Stones shows and only attending Who shows that fit into the Stones schedule and are within driving distance.
BTW, my code for the first wave of Who presales did not work and I was locked out of the first leg of the tour.
Pete and Roger - fire your manager, announce your fall dates, and start worrying about what's left of your loyal fan base. |

I want to see the Who live so much. I missed out last time they came to Australia and was so pissed off about it. My Brother flew to Melbourne for it and won't let me forget about that. Has there been any more info stated by them about when they plan on performing in Australia? I just gotta be there at least one of their shows. I'd love to take my oldest son - he already knows who all the band members are - original and current, and he's not even 4 years old yet. Some days he tells people he's Mick Jagger and other days he says he's Roger Daltrey or Pete Townshend, sniff brings a happy tear to my eye. |

Glendale Arena is right next door to the New Stadium .
THE WHO & THE ROLLING STONES could very well be performing at different venues right across the street from each other ON THE SAME NIGHT !!!!! |

11/20 at Gwinnett Arena. They wanted Phillips, but Babs beat them to the preferred date and had to accept the smaller venue. The day before Thanksgiving. Hope it isn't a TURKEY!!! |
