Dear Rolling Stones,
On July 29, I am before the Supreme Court of Ontario regarding five appeals for no force nor effect
of our marijuana laws under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
May I invite Mick, Keith,Ronny,Charlie, and the entire show, to attend Osgoode Hall, at University & Queen,
10am in show of support for no force nor effect, of our marijuana laws under the CDSA.
No doubt, Musicians for the Legalization of Marijuana
would have an effect on the court, and our media.
I've got 26 years put in, towards legalization of the best
cure for epilepsy, among other illnesses.
Whats a couple of hours on July 29, Osgoode Hall, 10 am
C'mon guys, I'm on my F'n knees.
I NEED BACK UP.
2400-4600 people die each year due to epilepsy.
Lets stop this prohibtion of life.

Terry ...... good luck on the 29th at Osgoode ...... I've been following your "saga" for many years. You must feel like it is a lost cause by now. Don't give up! I'm sure after coming this far you won't. I really wish Mick and the boys WOULD show up on your behalf. God knows they themselves have been in a Toronto courtroom in the past. Maybe that would be enough to just put it all in perspective. But, I doubt it. Things could be worse ..... you could be in an American courtroom. That being said, I think eventually we just may get there Terry. Things are starting to look up a bit in this country ...... finally! I wish they would just lay the fuck off you already. Have they not harassed you enough over this?
What exactly is "no force nor effect"? Could you possibly explain this to us? What the hell is it? What does it mean?
Good luck with the good fight ...... you are definitely deserving of a break after all these years fighting it. I really hope you come out on top.

No force nor effect, of our marijuana laws under the CDSA
means legalization of marijuana. The Canadian government
has not complied with Regina vs.Parker marijuana constitutional of July 31,2000. We have five appeals
involving Justice Chapnik, Charrboureua,Lederman, Rogin and
Aitkin, before a three judge panel.
