Glencar, when I am in New York with my kids, what places do you reccomend? I will be staying in Times Square. Also, while I plan on taking cabs, is it o.k. to venture on the subway?

Yes, the subways are pretty safe. There have been some shootings lately but just stay out of Queens & you'll do fine. As afr as recommendations, I say room service is best. Please don't drag kids out to restaurants. They ruin it for the natives. But if you must, stick to middlebrow fare such as Lindy's. Mick Taylor prefers McDonald's as you know. |
