The hardest part is remembering to number the songs (because heaven forbid they get out of order) and then thinking of the initials for say "Lets Spend the Night Together" after a few alcoholic drinks.

The photos are easy unless you still have a beer in hand. We should ask Egon how he did that!

Funny you should mention that song, because I had serious trouble with the initials of that one in Madrid. It seemed that I'd developed a serious attack of dyslexia and it took about six attempts to get it right.

Must have been the Gazza Polio, no doubt! Or were you having "visions" as you listened to the words of the song?!!?

I now have one of those PDA things. You need a stylus to enter text, so impossible to drink beer and text at the same time.

23K unsold tickets the day before a show further demonstrates the lack of demand for the product being presented. This would not be the case in the "good'ol days".

I fear that Michael Cohl is preoccupied with papering and saving "The Police" tour which is receiving dreadful reviews and virtually zero secondary ticket market. One can only assume that Jacob Cohl has been placed in charge of the Stones tour (he is like a son to Mick!) and may be a bit in over his head. They will at least make the venue appear full by moving the stage closer to the center similar to Rome and by allowing unruly fans (see: Rome) free roaming to better seats.

again: Pug is boring.............

good evening all!!
Well I won't be staying. Had a rough day/night at Bospop yesterday. Great shows from Gary Moore, Paul Rogers. The Waterboys, John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers (Gary Moore was guest for 4 songs!!) and last but not least John Fogerty.
Hope the Stones will perform good in Montenegro. Have a good time all you die-hards!!

I would, but I don't know where to find it.

Update:
Ha, found it - well it's not there yet.
wow, they must have read the recent rant or switched their brains into working mode.

How many tickets did they sell in Montenegro in the "good ole days?"

The only people papering The Police shows are the people who bought more than they could use and can't sell them at any price. Most shows are sold out and grossing between 2 and 6 million each.
