Chuck 'Winter Tour 1973' and London don't match up---the Stones played London in the Fall of 73. There is a boot called 'Winter Tour 73', but it's LA. Here's a review:

LA Forum 1/18/73; 80 min; 6.5 m; "Winter Tour 1973" Mediocre audience recording with a couple rare songs. The LPs have been copied onto a Japanese CD which has the treble considerably boosted. The scratches sure are loud (!) but the music does sound better this way.
