nankerphelge I think a little road trippy to Toronto might just be in order. How long are the rehearsals going on? Anyone know the scoop about where they are rehearsing, staying, etc. I haven't been to Toronto in years -- it beckons...

Oh it beckons alright !!!!!!! Usually during wartime .

I lived in Toronto during the Vietnam War and I must say , it has it moments . Cold , yet tolerable ; sedate , yet magnaminous ; vital , yet coherent ; infectious , yet maudlin .

When Jimmy Carter pardoned all of the draft dodgers in 1977 , I took my healthy , still - in - one - piece ass out of Canada and somehow landed in the Midwest , nestled amongst the veterans and protesters alike , smoking spliffs , drinking rum and cokes , and following the Stones and The Who everywhere .............but I digress .

Please say "Hi" to all of my long lost hippy brothers up there ..................I miss them dearly !!!!!!!
