Topic: Jam Magazine 40th special by Chris Diemoz! Return to archive
07-04-02 12:03 AM
VoodooChileInWOnderl Chris Diemoz wrote an excellent article in the Italian Magazine Jam, the same magazine who put the name of Rocks Off with a link to our Brian space recently.

"Jam" is out, this July's issue has a NINE pages cover-story special on the 40th anniversary of the Stones.

Chris photographed two moments of band's life: the beginning (with a nice interview from Andrew Loog Oldham and also talks with Carlo Little) and their current moment, with lot of information on the tour. You'll also find detailed memories on Exile days (He chatted with Dominique Tarl) and the "10 impossible to miss items" (even if he lists the Promotional Album, which is quite impossible to find, but people ha to know the Stones for what they are ;-)), plus the experiences given by two fans who were at Stones 1967 show in Milan (including pics).

I am sure that he has done a good work again and Im waiting for my copy!

It was intended to be the header for today, but Brian Jones and Jim Morrison won!

I just chatted with Chris and he expects the latest copy
to be online in a couple of days. For those that can't buy the magazine you can read it online using one of the translaters. I use Alta Vista.

VoodooChileInWOnderl This is a copy of the April 2002 news with the mention to Rocks Off! That's why I love this magazine!

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
