I think that is Tom Keylock aka Stones Manager/ Stones wannabe
a member of the worst BJ fan club there ever was and is. That
man was a ruthless exploitative mercenary who only thought of
him self and what he could get from the group. He did not care
at all for Brian Jones, he looked down at his nose at him and treated him like a sack of dirt. He is a snobbish, egotistical egomaniac who consistently trashed Brian Jones and many of the
Stones women. Tom Keylock has no more brains than a potholder.
