Madafaka Too much rumours, I think MJ will be there.
The most readed Argentinian newspaper says the same, MJ at the end of UK L8.
Let's see!
Green Day is a powerful band. Yeah. I like it.

Angiegirl Aol isn't working, can't get through, too busy I guess... I'll try later again.
July 2nd, 2005 12:11 PM
LadyJane Black Eyed Peas are on now in Philly.

Dear God...NOT a good choice for a Stones opening Band!! What were they thinking????

LJ.

Gazza we're now getting the multi screen coverage on BBC interactive from the various concerts

For those of you watching the Canadian show, what time is Neil Young due to be onstage? Bryan Adams is on from there right now...
July 2nd, 2005 12:13 PM
Madafaka AOL is an excellent choice LJ, thank you! I'm watching Travis live in London right now

Ok Angie, thnx. I'll be waiting for:

Sting: Every Breath You Take, Message in a Bottle, Desert Rose
The Who: Won't Get Fooled Again, Baba O'Riley
Pink Floyd: Money, Comfortably Numb, Wish You Were Here
Finale: Sir Paul McCartney joined on stage by George Michael and Sir Mick Jagger

BTW, this finale could be weird... I don't know what MJ does with GM!

as long as he doesnt follow George into the bathroom, he should be ok!
July 2nd, 2005 12:18 PM
Angiegirl Yep, I'm finally in now at AOL, I chose 'outside US' settings, should have known that wouldn't work .
But posing as an American, I'm currently stealing your bandwidth and watching online. Too bad Muse in Paris is finished already, now that I'm in !!!

I know!! It's awful... The Stones and non-fitting openers. A classic combination!

See....a polite way to say NO.

The only song from Audioslave and read one of the FEW new songs of late Rock'n'Roll Jay used to dig was "Show Me How To Live", anyway.... that Chris Cornell guy can barely sustain higher notes. He's awful live, ain't he?

Hey Gazza

I'm watching (suffering through it actually) the Canadian coverage and I haven't heard anything official but everyone thinks that Neil Young will close the show. So that would be leading up to 11 pm Eastern... which would be what? ... 4 or 5 in the morning for you?

I have to head out for a little while but I'll check back in and let you know if I hear anything definite.
