I think TrimSpa is a big scam. I mean, come on, we've all watched the Anna Nicole show on E! And it doesn't take a genius to figure out that Anna could not have lost all that weight by simply taking those pills...and NOT working out once (<--which she has bragged about). I personally think that Anna Nicole had gastric bypass surgery...because the woman has no self-control...she took the easy way out. There is no magic little pill to make you lose weight. Although cocaine is a very good appetite suppresant, I can't recommend it.

Well then, ummm, the crank diet? Granted the side effects are rotted teeth, hair loss, severe paranoia, no sleep for days on end, and it takes a HAZMAT crew to handle it...sometimes when I watch "Forensic Files," I've noticed that a lot of murderers cook meth. But, hey, it's cheaper than coke...and you will lose weight. That shit is rampant here in Oklahoma. |

Anyways, well, I personally believe that Anna worked-out and
probably ALOT with a personal trainer, also... I don't know about
surgery but I don't put anything past celebrities, myself... There was
one preview of an episode I never caught (and i don't even know if
it was actually aired or not, etc.) but it showed a personal trainer in
front of her house letting her know he was there to get her in
shape, etc., and that was at the end of one episode... Yes, you DO
have to work-out while taking trim spa, etc., IMHO, and I've been
hearing of some other people who work-out while taking it and
they're doing really well with it but it IS expensive... I think working-
out really is the answer... I think i'm gonna try Trim Spa, also, just
for a little bit to see what happens, though... Anyways, take care
