Gazza Fifteen minutes left of Channel 4's coverage ans still no Stones. Theyre now showing highlights from Saturday & Friday.

I sense 'padding'. Maybe they'll show Four Flicks highlights instead!

Paranoid_Android FINAL CONFIRMED SETLIST
1. START ME UP
2. YOU GOT ME ROCKING
3. ROUGH JUSTICE
4. LOVE IN VAIN (with Paolo Nutini)
5. CAN'T YOU HEAR ME KNOCKIN'
6. AINT TOO PROUD TO BEG (with Amy Winehouse)
7. TUMBLING DICE

8. WANNA HOLD YOU
9. SLIPPING AWAY

10. MISS YOU (to b-stage)
11. SATISFACTION (b-stage)
12. HONKY TONK WOMEN (b-stage)

13. SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL
14. BROWN SUGAR

Encore :

15. JUMPIN' JACK FLASH

Now...IMO...If you kept this list of warhorses...and with the other 4 or 5 slots...throw in the gems/rarities...those would be VERY satisfying shows...I would settle for keeping in SMU if they did that.

Honky Tonk Man I wasn't particularly impressed with their performance. Jagger aside, both Start Me Up and Sympathy seemed to be performed in second gear and someone definitely needs to give Keith a few guitar lessons.

Negatives aside though, it gave the band the opportunity to get their music across to an audience who perhaps wouldn’t normally attend a Stones show and you never know, they may now flog a few hundred more copies of 40 Licks.

Make It Funky Actually Ian, I thought that their performance of SFTD was totally spot on! I was fearing that they'd stuff it up again (like they usually always do), but, they didnt this time!! Maybe you ought to watch it again, mate? Keiths solo over-lapping with RonWoods, was reminicent of the '76 tour licks.. Keith was bending those twangy chords, which he hasnt really attempted in awhile now... Keiths sequined sparkly blazer was quite impressive as well. His outfits are far more interesting now than Micks!

Cheers,
Ian in London
