22nd June 2004 06:25 AM
masoudi Hi there

Very keen DVD fan and like to collect the better quality DVD's of each tour. What is the best No Security show on DVD to get. Many of the shows I have looked at were privatly recorded so am unsure of their quality

Could someone let me know the best sound/picture recorded show from No Security so I can try and get it

Thanks Brendon

Gazza I'd go along with the Hartford shows. Nice job and filmed with more than one camera and well edited.

The DVD that Cardinal Fang treed here a few weeks ago as a "benefit" for his friend's wife and kids which was taken from various 1998-99 California and Chicago shows is very well done too and none of it had circulated previously.

Shep Bush is pretty good. Only one camera angle but filmed from a nice vantage point on the balcony, so considering its the only 1999 theatre show, its nice and close

Gazza I was at both shows too. Of the two shows, the better concert was the 2nd night. (first ever public performance of "I got the Blues" after Marquee'71)

as for the videos/DVD's - theres not much between them either way in terms of quality. I think the same people filmed them both.

That's a technical question which I am not qualified to answer.
