Factory Girl I read it. It came out about 6 or 7 years ago in the US. I recall that it is pretty good.

Soul Survivor Yeah, I have it....with a different cover

Excellent book. Throw on exile, lay down with a beer, and read this book. It's great
06-20-03 02:54 PM
Factory Girl Soulie, are you old enough for beer drinking?
06-20-03 02:55 PM
Soul Survivor I'm 26...
06-20-03 03:00 PM
Factory Girl Well then, you are certainly plenty old for brewskies. Enjoy.

Soul Survivor Kicking back right now with a Rolling Rock......

I call it a Rolling Stone though

Rock/Stone.....whatever
06-20-03 03:05 PM
Factory Girl You should try "Fat Weasel Ale" sometime. It must have 50% alky content. Will knock you off your feet for sure.

Oh, and you should check out Alice In Chains. You might really like them.
06-20-03 03:06 PM

Boomy Well, I wasn't really being serious, either.

But I love my beer, ain't nobody gon' take that away from me. Thank the lord I do not have a beer belly and I promise I will never have one. Under no circumstances will my waist go bigger than my 31 (sometimes 32 hehe)!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gazza Bockris' book (or "Keef - Wot a geezer!' as the NME dubbed it just after it's publication) is a good read and Keith's human side comes out of it pretty well.

Think Bockris under values Mick's contribution to the band's legacy and direction in his rush to canonize Keith though, but I'd recommend it to anyone

Angiegirl Yeh, it's great. It reminds me of my holiday in France in '94 with my ex-boyfriend. All I did was read that book, on the campside, on the beach, everywhere. I drove him crazy.

I definitely agree with under estimation of Jagger's contribution! It bugs me and he really rips into him especially around the Dirty Work Era.

fmk438j That's Bockris on the Just for the Record DVDs isn't it?

He speaks well.
