A very worthy goal, no matter how many times we do it.
Alvin Youngblood's Sway and Moonlight Mile still kill me. They will kill you too.
Who can forget a young Van Halen doing If You Can't Rock Me? Not me, since I actually heard it after years of begging to hear it.
And even the BoomSmacker posted Soundgarden doing Stray Cat Blues, here it may be??? Cool if true, cool if not true. Here its is, smokies!

BTW, there's a very rare version of JJF by Leon Russell's New Grass Revival (maybe the one recommended by Erik Snow) it's hilarious as you know is JJF because of the lyrics LOL. I have it on DVD

Otis Redding did a smokin' cover of 'Satisfaction' at the Monterey Pop Festival.

Joe Cocker does a good cover of 'Honky Tonk Women' on the live 'Mad Dogs and Englishman' record.
It's basically the same band Leon Russell used on 'Leon Live', which has a 16 minute 'Jumpin Jack Flash-Youngblood' medley.
