Gazza lastminute.com are advertising £150 and £100 tickets for the still offically unconfirmed 25th August show at the 02.

http://www.lastminute.com/site/entertainment/event-availability.html?eventID=479970885-1&venueIDCode=3&sortBy=nameASC&catID=99455

The catch is, though that it doesnt tell you your seat location.

However, its surely a sign that confirmation of this show is imminent.

Thanks.

In fairness, Bjornulf is merely reacting to all the obvious signs that have been posted now for weeks

The Stones have had the 02 reserved for that date from the off an "option" for a 3rd show subject to demand for the first two.

Gazza Just to confuse things even more, rs.com's page are offering special 'hot' packages to the 26/8/07 show in London

http://event.etix.com/ticket/online/frontDoor.jsp?performance_id=581843&cobrand=rollingstones05&language=en&country=US

(thanks to SomeTorontoGirl on IORR for finding the link)

Everything else seems to point to this show taking place on the 25th, I'm hoping this is a mistake.

Somehow Gazza..I think this a "joke"..I can't get back to that page from the main etix.com. Try typing in Rolling Stones on the main page yourself....
25th April 2007 06:52 PM
Gazza here's the link she originally posted (dont know how she found it)

http://event.etix.com/ticket/online/viewTour.jsp?group_id=59&cobrand=rollingstones05

Clicking on BUY for 26/8/07 takes you to the link I posted above.

Very odd
26th April 2007 05:25 AM
Gazza Changing the last numbers around when you click on the concert links on rs.com gives a prospective show date as 26/8/07

21/8/07 - https://tickets.rollingstones.com/venue.php?show_id=1581
23/8/07 - https://tickets.rollingstones.com/venue.php?show_id=1590
26/8/07 - https://tickets.rollingstones.com/venue.php?show_id=1596

Bugger. Looks like it means 6 nights in London instead of five, and having to fly home on a bank holiday, ie more ££££

RSRTG I actually hope it does fall on the 26th. Logistically, this suits me better and I can spend longer with relatives.....next thing is to get another ticket to this show, I'm already on a knifes edge waiting for my tickets to come for the 1st 2 shows.

Gazza just checked the flights too, and - at the minute - its actually surprisingly OK. So, just an extra night's hotel to take care of and the delicate matter of breaking it gently to Mrs G that my (at the minute) confirmed four night trip is not going to be extended to five nights, but six.

I'm booking my hospital bed right now!

Perhaps, you should take her out for a nice dinner.
Offer her a day at the spa while you are away..
Oh I can come up with more..

On second thought..good luck. I am sure you are already a "Veteran, Purple Heart" at this anyway

For the first 2 shows, you mean?

Sold out per Ticketmaster, although there are still some of the Hotel & Concert packages available for the 23rd.

(I wont can say it's the last show, because we're hopefully expecting some Theatre shows....right?)

LOLOL. In your dreams.

I'm surprised that you're surprised, Ellen. It's been reported for weeks as a cert they'd add a 3rd show..the only surprise is that its 24 hours later than expected.

I hope no one lost out by booking flights home on the 26th.
