cabledogg2 Don't know if this is "Old" news or not but the new MIckboy disc is available now for download at
http://www.pinkrobert.net/ it is called "Mentholated Sandwich" and is very good. It's is mickboys version of Baggers Banquet. I know some people are not fans of mickboys stuff but the "Bonus Tracks" are worth the download alone (two tracks from the Phoenix '69 show in awesome quality). You will have to register on Pink Roberts site to use the torrent tracker just follow the link and you will be setup in no time.............cabledogg2

gimmekeef Yes..the pinkrobert is a great site.Just joined up.There is an old Yardbirds live from Anderson Theater I've had on vinyl and it was pulled after a few weeks very rare.Plus an upgrade on Aftermath people are raving about. If you love the Yardbirds its a must grab..thanks cabledog for the heads up on this.
27th May 2006 11:10 AM
FrankiePeppers Can anyone reseed Philly 9/25/81? I am at 80% from when it was on the old tracker. Thanks.
27th May 2006 12:05 PM
mac_daddy isnt gorgeous girls the mickboy, and gg redux the one from sister morphine..?

27th May 2006 02:22 PM
mac_daddy yeah...

gg is the same as hg, jus with the mickboy touch, and different xtras (iirc)...

gg redux is sister morphine using one or both of those sources, and adding a lil' more post-production dsp...

clubred Thanks cabledogg2 for the info about Pink Robert tracker.
Lots of good stuff there. It is worth to have a look on it and we can even suggest some uploads !
BTW, since we are talking about trackers, I noticed that when I download and seed on the RO tracker that I am "choked" by about 1/2 or even 3/4 of the other peers and seeds to who I am connected.
I don't know why, I use Azureus but I am not sure it is related to my bittorrent client itself or the settings because this doesn't happen with the Pink Robert tracker or DIME. On these trackers I receive (and upload too) from almost every peers I am connected with.
Did I miss something somewhere or is there a special trick to make the RO tracker run efficiently ?

28th May 2006 07:55 AM
mac_daddy you get choked because users dont have their settings correct. other sites boot you if you are innefficient, and not sharing without the choke. they also boot you for no share ratio. we don boot you for anything here, except for sharing sh*t you aren supposed to. we have established an open tracker for all stones fans, and the one drawback is there are alot of folks who use it that do NOT know what they are doing entirely, and are choking their system by not forwarding their ports, etc. hopefully they will take it upon themselves and figure out how to unchoke their machines (by reading the info we have posted in these threads). but until they do, there will be users here who slow down the works...

The Rattle Snake version contains 3 bonus tracks that the original torrent doesn't. I don't know the Tarantura version.
