Many thanks for the tokyo link. I was thinking geneally from torrents. Like for example just uploading the artwork for the Hollywood bowl gigs listed above.

Thanks again

Well generally spoken the art should be seeded with the torrent (as done by MRD8). He has included the art in his Hollywood Bowl torrent.
But if you seek the art only you will find it here (DAC044):

There are a lot of artwork sides!

Recording Info
We had such tough time recording this show.
We recorded the show from relatively good seats but not one in the Golden Circle. To overcome the distance from the stage, we adopted the new recording settings to pick up more up-close sound from the stacks. However, long before the stones finished the first verse of the first song (JJF), we realized we have too many lively people around us. So Tom gradually readjusted the recording setting back to the regular one on. His regular settings worked out fine up to the b-stage performance.

When the Stones started playing 'Miss You' with the small stage moving toward the B-stage, the least civilized crowd barged their way through our block to get near to the moving stage. All of a sudden our block was packed like sardines. Tom had to tear down the part of his recording gears during Miss You & Rough Justice. He got it back on during 'Get Off My Cloud' & 'Honky Tonk Women' but there are just too many people around us to get more clear sound.

From 'Devil' to the end, the regular settings worked out almighty fine.

Sound Quality
The first disc is EX- to EX+
The second disc
Miss You & Rough Justice : Good to Very Good
Get Off My Cloud: EX- to EX+
Honky Tonk: Good to Very Good
The remaining Songs: EX- to EX+

If you need a sample, please download 'Gimme Shelter on the 1st disc or Brown Sugar on 2nd disc. If you don't like it, please do not bother. If you do, get it while I am seeding at the fast connection. If you are lucky you will get it within 20 min.

Mastering
The Naniwa Hot Brothers helped mastering this recording. I requested them that Keith's guitar should be more up-front for this recording (which is the major disagreement among us). So you realize that this recording sound a lot different from the previously released shows. I really appreciate the Naniawa for working on this time-consuming and painstaking process of removing or reducing the annoying crowd noises during the B stage performance. Without their work, Tom did not give me the green light to upload this show. Thanks Bro!!!

Hi Bob, was the show recorded by TaperAdvocat ?
This is what I have in the info file:

------start-------
Recorded by TaperAdvocat using Schoeps CCM4's > Reutelhuber Box ("The Best Damn Box I
Ever Made" per Reutelhuber) > Sony PCM-M1 DAT

Played on Panasonic SV 4100 > Lynx One Card XLR Digital Input > Music Only Dedicated
Computer ... Indexed with Sound Forge 4.5 & Burned to Mitsui Gold CD with CD Architect
Software using a Plextor SCSI Plexwriter 12/4/32 Burner.

Mitsui Gold CD Extracted to Internet Capable Computer with EAC > FLAC

New on tracker tonight:

Rolling Stones - Hartford 3-29-99 (DVD 2)
3.26 GB Approx. 59 min. NTSC

I've recently reauthored the March 28 and 29, 1999 shows from the No Security tour (2 sets of 2 DVDs each). This is DVD 2 of the March 29th show. These are audience-shot shows and the performances are stellar. Mick was absolutely on fire for this second show. Unfortunately, the taper ran out of film right before the end of the last song, "Sympathy For The Devil," so it cuts off rather abruptly and we get no final bow, but other than that this is an incredible show. Many thanks to Mr. D for the original DVD, and to Wattswood for the great artwork.

Hi MRD8 - This Palais Royale is a great upload - but any chance you could also upload disc 2 please? - seems sorta incomplete otherwise

Hi doc,

no, those are not the DAC`s. These are alternate audience sources in the case of the 2 Tokyo shows and the Sapporo and Nagoya shows.
The Saitama show which was seeded yesterday is unreleased so far (as I know).
