polksalad69 I like Charlie Daniels and I like Johnny Cash
And I think Waylon Jennings is a table thumpin' smash
Haning with the Allman Brothers feels as good as smokin' grass
And if you don't like Hank Williams, well you can kiss our ass
Yippee-yi-ya, yippee-yi-yo
And if you don't like Hank Williams, well you can kiss our ass

I love all them Allman Brothers, Merle Haggard and George Jones
Shotgun Willie Nelson and them rockin' Rollin' Stones
Everything the Eagles do, and I love that Rondstat
But if you don't like Hank Williams, honey, you can kiss our ass.
Yippee-yi-ya, yippee-yi-yo
And if you don't like Hank Williams, well you can kiss our ass
Ghost riders in the sky.

Bloozehound Blame It On The Stones

By Kris Kristofferson

Mister Marvin Middle Class is really in a stew
Wond'rin' what the younger generation's coming to
And the taste of his martini doesn't please his bitter tongue
Blame it on the Rolling Stones.

Blame it on the Stones; blame it on the Stones
You'll feel so much better, knowing you don't stand alone
Join the accusation; save the bleeding nation
Get it off your shoulders; blame it on the Stones

Mother tells the ladies at the bridge club every day
Of the rising price of tranquilizers she must pay
And she wonders why the children never seem to stay at home
Blame it on the Rolling Stones.

Blame it on the Stones; Blame it on the Stones
You'll feel so much better, knowing you don't stand alone
Join the accusation; save the bleeding nation
Get it off your shoulders; blame it on the Stones

Father's at the office, nightly working all the time
Trying to make the secretary change her little mind
And it bothers him to read about so many broken homes
Blame it on those Rolling Stones.

Blame it on the Stones; Blame it on the Stones
You'll feel so much better knowing you don't stand alone
Join the accusation; same the bleeding nation
Get it off your shoulders; blame it on the Stones

Blame it on the stones, blame it on the stones.

Do you think these hard-core Stones groupies are cool enough to even know who Hank III is?

I'm know who he is, I have both albums, they be some choice cuts.

More of a Sr & Jr man, but III's not bad.

Bloozehound, you have got to listen to some of the Hank III live shows - so much more energy than the Curb studio recordings. I listened to several live shows first that friends sent me, then I got the two studio albums and was disappointed in how lame they are in comparison.

Not to mention the Hellbilly and Assjack stuff.
