I got a venue invite for the Philly 2 presale. I get on at the prescribed time...and all that was available were the $450.00 seats. None of the $60.00 or $99.00 tickets were available.
Needless to say...I'm not buying a $450.00 ticket to see a concert.
Do they only make the most expensive seats available for presales or something? I would have bought a $60 or $99 seat. I'm not paying more than that. |

So anyone know how they are controlling the seat inventory?
I'd like to know if presales are a waste of my time or not... |

I think it is a bunch of luck. I used my legacy password and was able to get fifth row center for the opener. other presales have not been as good, but did get some of the best $160 tickets for the chicago show. Very much hit or miss. worth checking out the presale to see what is available, but many of the same seats were there during the regular sale. |

I received the same venue e-mail.
It specified that tickets would only be available in the top two price levels. |

Well I'll be...yep, right there it says it.
Guess I should have read that email a little better. |
