Sir Mick Jagger has forked out a whopping $3.95million on a new luxury pad.

The sprawling holiday home, called Pelican Beach, is on the Caribbean island of Mustique.

However, the property is still without all the mod-cons as an insider says: “Unfortunately Mick's new pad doesn't have a pool, so he'll probably put one in.

“The beach also has a major problem with sand fleas in the late afternoon."

Poor Mick, how’s he going to cope?

might be a "whopping" amount for most of (if not all) the likes of us

but given Mick's total worth it's not much more than chump change
