sandrew I doubt Keith actually physically wrote the forward, but I'm sure he had input. I always thought he would've made a good writer. He's a voracious reader and he's very insightful. I remember a 1992 Guitar World article on Keith where the writer said Keith's observations were like his guitar playing: "intuitive and funky." How apt...
