CS Faux Rolling Stones To Do Exile Live

We�ve already told you about Classic Albums Live, the Toronto-based production that gives fans a chance to hear their favourite albums recreated in a live setting. The company has already taken a turn at Pink Floyd�s Dark Side Of The Moon and Fleetwood Mac�s Rumours. Now The Rolling Stones� Exile On Main Street will rip the joint. The classic rock masterpiece put a 20 piece gospel choir, full horn section and countless other musicians to the test.

The Phoenix in Toronto will house these talented musicians who will try and emulate the Stones critically acclaimed album for a price of $12 (through Ticketmaster) or $15 at the door. The show will also make stops in Ottawa and Montreal.

Performers at the concerts will include past Classic Albums alumni plus some familiar faces. National Velvet�s Maria Del Mar and Craig Martin from Midnight Ramblers will take on vocal duties along with Jagger look-alike Jerome Godboo. Yes, it takes three people to match the vocal power of one Mick Jagger.

Other albums still to receive this manipulation are Led Zeppelins� IV, The Who�s Who�s Next?, Steely Dan�s Greatest Hits and The Beatles� White Album.
