throbby The copy I have is a digipak on Mighty Diamonds. All of the above are on it plus a few more. The cover is the insert to Goat's Head Soup. You know the one with the pot of soup containing the goat head. Inside cover is a photo from the IORR video shoot. Back cover is the pot of soup sans head.
