Mr T got my tix!!!!

HEY!! be excited for me, this is my first Stones show
06-04-02 04:19 PM
nankerphelge It's magic ain't it!?

I'll tell you what -- that feeling never changes -- I had the same feeling two weeks ago when I got my Philly tix as I did the first time in '81!

jb Good for you!! You should really enjoy yourself as life is precious and this is a true gift from god!
06-04-02 05:24 PM
Mr T wanted to see this band every day of my life since I was 8 years old - you can probably imagine how excited I is.

Anyone else goin to Giants Stadium?
06-04-02 06:13 PM
Honky Tonk Man Yep, im going to Giants and PLEASE no one say anything about me choosing it over MSG, guess i took an overdose of prozac that morning. I was so overjoyed about having the opportunity of seeing the band that i signed anything!!

By the way im not on prozac anymore
06-04-02 07:07 PM
mattb I don't like the sight lines at MSG. You might be better off at Giants.
06-04-02 07:36 PM
Honky Tonk Man I hope your right. Most people like the idea of msg because its a smaller venue, maybe more intresting setlist, but fewer songs. Stadium show im sure will have a couple more songs
06-04-02 07:44 PM
mattb I wouldn't knock any of the formats really. It's the Stones and I've been to theaters, arenas and stadiums. I'm glad I got to see them when I did. The set-lists I've seen seem to have about the same number of songs at all the formats - around 20 - 22. It probably depends more on how the list is varied and how many guitar changes they feel like doing.

question: Are you the same Mr T that frequents the Crowes board?

If so, I'll be at the Giants Stadium show in sec 8 with CatCrowe, D-Funky and a few others from that board.

06-05-02 03:57 PM
Mr T Sway, yes, I'm new to that board since last week. Small world, huh?
06-05-02 04:02 PM
Saint Sway the world is very small indeed especially if your a Stones/Crowes fan

we should do the tailgate thing.... plenty of time to plan

cheers!
