I received an e-mail yesterday from a contact of ours who is employed by the Stones crew for the upcoming tour.
He's advised me that he was talking to one of Keith's technicians over the weekend and mentioned that it would be a nice gesture to the fans for the band to play a few fan favourites this summer.
It's been suggested that we put forward some requests, which will be hopefully be passed on to Keith himself for his consideration.
Obviously, it goes without saying that nothing is guaranteed and so much depends on what Mick feels comfortable with singing, but on the last three tours songs like Moonlight Mile, Cant You Hear Me Knockin' and Sway have all found their way into regular rotation due to the band being aware of internet requests, so maybe something will work this time too.
So, please post a list of songs that you would like to hear and which it could be reasonably expected that the band may perform. To make it easier, please keep it to 3-5 songs maximum.
I'll keep this thread open until Saturday night as the tour starts in 7 days time and then will forward it on.
Note : Please keep all posts on this thread on-topic and to do with requests only. Any off topic posts or attempts to hijack it will be deleted.
