Anyone ever noticed that Rolling and Tumblin from Modern Times just sounds like: down in the bottom?
Great song however! |

What it really sounds like is . . . Rollin' and Tumblin'!
Now Workingman's Blues . . . that one cops lyrics from Down in the Bottom!
But, yeah, when I did a radio show using Modern Times source material I segued Muddy Waters' Rollin' and Tumblin' straight into Howlin' Wolf's Down in the Bottom and you couldn't even hardly tell the song had changed. . .
Tears of rage tears of grief why must I always be the thief!?

well, rolling looks like it, really,
listen to the stones' version, from 63-64 and then
dylans song!
But hey, we all wished that the stones did make such a great record!
