Topic: pug, fiji humiliated again (nsc) Return to archive

Starbuck can things sink any lower for voodoopug?

he has just been passed by lugar and now occupies last place in the lotus couch fantasy baseball league. to make matters worse, fiji joe is 1.5 points away from lugar as well, and the two of them have close to 90 roster moves compared to lugar's zero. (lugar may not even be aware he HAS a fantasy baseball team).

sickening. this is like going into the studio and making an album worse than hotel california. its like being outwitted by ianbillen...or outposted by joey.

selig is rumored to be considering contraction again.

voodoo will hold the appropriate press conference to announce.

I have been humiliated in this league. Been tough to get into as there is only four teams in the league (read: sign ups were wide open). I will check my roster post haste.

My cost would have been 150k.

I declined...

________

It was, I believe, a 1/4 share, helping to cover the franchise fee into the AF2.

The primary owner was/is a former NFL player.

The league was far too young - I thought it too risky.

Now it seems arena football is really catching on, so perhaps I was in error.

I like to stick to buying dirt - God ain't making any more of that...
