Topic: Dylan "Greatest Hits Vol. III" Return to archive
May 24th, 2004 12:36 PM
Highwire Rob I was searching for a Dylan forum for this--but realized there are plenty of Bob fans & experts at Rocks Off. So please indulge me this question...

I'm replacing a few CDs that I lost over the years and something's nagging me: Wasn't there an "Enhanced" version of Dylan's Greatest Hits Vol. III with some CD-ROM video?

I could've sworn the album I bought circa 1997 had some extras on it (which I never got around to popping in to a computer back then). But every CD store I look in today just has a version with the sticker promoting the "new" hit "Dignity," etc.

Please convince me I've not lost a rarity but rather have just mixed way too much Texas medicine and railroad gin!

O.K. for some Stone’s content... how about listing the Stone’s CDs to date with "Enhanced" content? I know there’s "Stripped" ...

Thanks in advance.

Highwire Rob Thanks Ten Thousand Motels!!!!

Yep, I've been without a computer for some time. But at least once a month (today!) I take the bus in to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for some free access.

Oh boy! I wonder what these old biddy librarians think about the lapping tongues & crazy avatars scrolling up the screen as I try and catch up on the vast Rocks Off happenings.

The computer has just informed me that "as there are additional computers available," benificent soul Andrew Carnegie has extended my usage time by 15 mins.! (Pretty generous for a Scotsman

So if I get cut off soon know that I'll be back in 2-3 weeks to read the responses
