Ten Thousand Motels Actually that's not such a bad price if it were the right type of event, when you consider that to hire the Stones for a private party would be exorbinant(sp?). But wasn't that idea floated around for a while?

True, but it was during the tour, between concerts. He hired them for his 60th birthday party, at the rate of 6.5 million US$ according to the media...
