Yeah. One time me and my friends dressed up as 13 year old girls and went down to the bar. We walk in there, and there was this dirty old man sitting in the corner. We didn't think anything of him, but then the bartender brings over a tray of drinks and says "These are compliments of the gentleman. I told him you were just a bunch of guys dressed up in teenaged girls clothing, but he said he didn't care. He has to stay ahead of Mick Jagger." He ended up going home with a friend of mine. |

By "stuff" do you mean that he signs the chests of pubescent girls? |

I've got a "Bootleg Kings" signed after a gig in south of France in 2004.
Bill signed many BW items on this night.
But a guy who saw many Rythm Kings shows in France and UK in the past, told me this night "don't even think to give him a Rolling Stones stuff to sign...he refuses."
BTW Wyman released a new book on his former friends last month :

He signed everything in '98 at his solo gigs, even Stones stuff. I brought along his Stones Alone book and he signed that. The stories about him refusing to sign Stones stuff started a few years later, dunno if they're true, maybe they are. He's weird isn't he? |

Bill wont sign any Stones stuff, but he wont hesitate to make a buck from his past involvement with the band. |

I got an email from him once (I think), does that count? |

Met him at Mohegan Sun casino in CT a couple years ago, when he toured the States with his big band. Of course during the whole show we hoped that Keith would show up and guest on stage, he being but a 1/2 hour away from the casino, however, wishfull thinkning. Bill was very appreciative of every fan he greeted. Signed anything & everything. When I read the various comments he is reported to say over time, it's really hard to fathom it's the same chap I met.

I've met the other Bill Wyman (the rock critic) many, many times, but not since he moved from Chicago. The rock critic Wyman's actual birth name is Bill Wyman, unlike the more talented bass player. |
