pdog Ken Lay guilty on all counts.
I would like to see him sentenced to a life of poeverty and struggling...
He's a piece of shit !!!
I'm really happy about this...
I'm not sure what the sentencing will be, but if it's not harsh, I won't be surprised! He deserves 15 to 20 years locked up for all the lives he ruined!
God bless America and the jury in this case!

sirmoonie To the contrary, this is just more anti-business policy from the administration of George Walker "big government uber alles" Bush III. This will have a chilling effect on how executives make decisions regarding their companies. These men now face significant prison terms for being incomepetent businessmen, which before today, was not a crime (if it was George Walker Bush III would be serving a life sentence). This is not a good day for American business, and the business of America is business.

sirmoonie This is just one in a string of anti-business prosecutions by the administration of George Walker Bush III. They are deliberately targeting American businessmen while winging billion dollar deals with the likes of Muammar "MoMo" Quadaffi - a killer of American children. There is something fundamentally demeneted about that. Unless you are a Bush geek, then it makes perfectical senseness.

Sadly for them and their families, Lay and Skilling will now die in Federal prison. I hope they don't get Marion. Its tough being a new fish at Marion. Like the guards there say "You got nothing coming."

pdog Enron sucked millions of dollars out of Calif. during a contrived and false electricity shortage. Fuck them, I hope they live long shitty lifes in prison.

Not if they get Marion, Lewisburg, or Springfield. I doubt they will get Leavenworth.

Their best bet is Atwater, but it doesn't have golf either.

sirmoonie See the link below. I often use it to find friends and relatives, as the Bureau often relocates inmates periodically. Good luck!

This verdict drastically changes how we must advise our clients going forward. Obviously, Document Retention Policies must be updated to include comprehensive and periodic purge/shred programs. I may go a step further and recommend the purchase of large Gaussian fluxo-magnets for hard drive/server maintenance. But I'm curious as to your thoughts, JB, as I have immense respect for your legal skills and stuff.

There is a new day dawning in America - its nation time!
