Sir Stonesalot Hey Riffy...if I knew what the fuck you were talking about, or even who the fuck you were talking about....oh forget it. I really don't care about your war on leftist ghosts and demons.

Here, how's this....

Jerry Falwell was a great dude and is smiling down on us all from heaven.

We all happy now? There ya go...you win.

C'mon now pdog you know damned good and well what I am saying here is true. Did conservatives gleefully spam message boards with hate posts when Jimmy Carter died? NO! No we did not!

Truth is though that liberals always resort to this hate filled venom when someone from the opposite political party dies. Ya know it's true.

When Carter does finally cash in his chips I will wager right here and now that we will not see the outward hate that is always on display when a conservative icon dies. That is a bet that I would win every time. In fact I'd wager that while his presidency and post presidency may be held up to judgment he will be treated with dignity becoming a former president.

The point was pretty simple Essy. I was raising the obvious point that many, not all,but many, on the left express a sickening amount of glee when someone on the opposite side of the political or cultural spectrum dies or has some form of tragedy befall them. Lefttards are so pretictable with their hate speech. Falwell's body wasn't even cold yet when the hate spewed forth form most liberal blogs. Typical.

Starbuck riffy, you don't need to wait until liberals die. you've already unleashed all of your venom on them when they were alive. (see: Clinton, Hillary, Pelosi, Reid, Carter, etc.)

why is it that you don't acknowledge SS's points that Falwell took money from the not-so-wealthy and lived in a big assed mansion with a roller coaster, but yet the vitrol you spewed out on al gore for living in a mansion was OK?

i think the "loony left" as you so call it (and as you are so comfortable in labeling all democrats as) has become so strong as a reaction to the current administration. in the last 50 to 100 years, this country has not had a president that has split the country in two as much as bush. no president has been as polarizing as him since...shit...lincoln? only diff is...lincoln wasn't a fucktard cockmonkey!

Its even easier than that, man.

Telecaster was as far from a conservative as there is, but I'm sure he fits whatever meaning Riffy attaches to the word. So just look around Stones boards where Telecaster used to post, or still posts - yessir, looking back, turns out there was a certain irony when America's only able-bodied, white male, unemployed welfare bitch was running around the usual places looking for high fives when socialist, pro-union Wellstone died.

Typically in the 90's when a liberal died their deaths were used to allege a Clinton conspiracy. I equate smearing a dead person's name with "slamming" them. Ron Brown, Vince Foster. . .the list goes on.

Here's a nice example of smearing: http://www.gonzo.org/fun/clintond.html

"AIDS is not just God's punishment for homosexuals; it is God's punishment for the society that tolerates homosexuals."

"The abortionists have got to bear some burden for [the attacks of Sept. 11] because God will not be mocked. And when we destroy 40 million little innocent babies, we make God mad. I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People for the American Way -- all of them who have tried to secularize America -- I point the finger in their face and say, 'You helped this happen.'"

"If you're not a born-again Christian, you're a failure as a human being."

"Christians, like slaves and soldiers, ask no questions."

"I listen to feminists and all these radical gals -- most of them are failures. They've blown it. Some of them have been married, but they married some Casper Milquetoast who asked permission to go to the bathroom. These women just need a man in the house. That's all they need. Most of the feminists need a man to tell them what time of day it is and to lead them home. And they blew it and they're mad at all men. Feminists hate men. They're sexist. They hate men -- that's their problem."

"When you have a godly husband, a godly wife, children who respect their parents and who are loved by their parents, who provide for those children their physical and spiritual and material needs, lovingly, you have the ideal unit."

"The ACLU is to Christians what the American Nazi party is to Jews."

"I am saying pornography hurts anyone who reads it -- garbage in, garbage out."

"I am such a strong admirer and supporter of George W. Bush that if he suggested eliminating the income tax or doubling it, I would vote yes on first blush."

"I believe that global warming is a myth. And so, therefore, I have no conscience problems at all and I'm going to buy a Suburban next time."

"It is God's planet -- and he's taking care of it. And I don't believe that anything we do will raise or lower the temperature one point."

"I truly cannot imagine men with men, women with women, doing what they were not physically created to do, without abnormal stress and misbehavior."

"It appears that America's anti-Biblical feminist movement is at last dying, thank God, and is possibly being replaced by a Christ-centered men's movement which may become the foundation for a desperately needed national spiritual awakening."

"There's been a concerted effort to steal Christmas."

"I hope I live to see the day when, as in the early days of our country, we won't have any public schools. The churches will have taken them over again and Christians will be running them. What a happy day that will be!"

"The First Amendment is not without limits."

"Someone must not be afraid to say, 'moral perversion is wrong.' If we do not act now, homosexuals will 'own' America! If you and I do not speak up now, this homosexual steamroller will literally crush all decent men, women, and children who get in its way ... and our nation will pay a terrible price!"

"If he's going to be the counterfeit of Christ, [the Antichrist] has to be Jewish. The only thing we know is he must be male and Jewish."

"The argument that making contraceptives available to young people would prevent teen pregnancies is ridiculous. That's like offering a cookbook as a cure to people who are trying to lose weight."

"The whole global warming thing is created to destroy America's free enterprise system and our economic stability."

"You'll be riding along in an automobile. You'll be the driver perhaps. You're a Christian. There'll be several people in the automobile with you, maybe someone who is not a Christian. When the trumpet sounds you and the other born-again believers in that automobile will be instantly caught away -- you will disappear, leaving behind only your clothes and physical things that cannot inherit eternal life. That unsaved person or persons in the automobile will suddenly be startled to find the car suddenly somewhere crashes. ... Other cars on the highway driven by believers will suddenly be out of control and stark pandemonium will occur on ... every highway in the world where Christians are caught away from the drivers wheel." (from Falwell's pamphlet "Nuclear War and the Second Coming of Christ")

"God continues to lift the curtain and allow the enemies of America to give us probably what we deserve."

"You know when I see somebody burning the flag, I'm a Baptist preacher I'm not a Mennonite, I feel it's my obligation to whip him. In the name of the Lord, of course. I feel it's my obligation to whip him, and if I can't do it then I look up some of my athletes to help me. But, as long as at 72 I can handle most of the jobs I do it myself, and I don't think it's un-spiritual. When I, when I, when I hear somebody talking about our military and ridiculing and saying terrible things about our President, I'm thinking you know just a little bit of that and I believe the Lord would forgive me if I popped him."

Look you say that Bush is the most polarizing president in the last 50-100 years. You are prolly right, but it ain't Bush's fault for that. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He said that this war would be long and that it may outlast his administration. It will. Afterall it started long before he ever took office! Libs just refuse to admit that fact. It started even before Clinton was using his power to sway a 21 year old intern to gobble his goo under the desk in the oval/oral office. The fact that Buba did next to nothing to respond to the global jihad means nothing to liberals. They ignore that fact. They don't want to hear about Clinton's obvious abbhorant behaviour and his total pass on getting UBL when the chance presented itself. No. They just want to talk about how much Bush sucks. Liberals have been screaming since the 2000 election because they wrongly think that the election was stolen. That is,and always has been,100% bullshit. Even the ever liberal NYT had to admit that the election was lost for Gore long before the words hanging or pregnant chads came into vogue. The polarization is easy to explain. Liberals hate Bush and they always have. They have spun more tinfoil hat conspiracy theories about both the 2000 and 2004 elections that they have actually started to believe their own bullshit. The fact that there is not one single shred of evidence to suggest that there was anything wrong with either election means nothing to them. They continue to blather on and on and on while offering no solutions.

As for SS' point about Falwell. I don't give a flying fuck! There is nothing at all wrong with being rich! There was also nothing wrong with making money through his ministry. The man(who I have stated three times now was not my cup of tea) did do many many good things with his resources! People that thought he was a prick quickly changed their tune when they met him. This is all very well documented from gay AIDS suffers to former drug addicts, and even Larry fucking Flynt!! I do not consider Falwell a hypocrite at all because he wasn't one! He never went around slamming the wealthy and talking stupid fucking nonsense about "two Americas" while working at a hedge fund that was sticking it to the poor people that he claimed to care about.

Hmmmm,.......who was that that did that again? Oh yeah it was The Breck Girl,The Silky Pony,John Edwards(D). He of the $400.00 dollar haircuts! Two Americas indeed! Now he is the very definition of a hypocrite. A fucking blatant hypocrite at that. Not that liberals will acknowledge a pretty boy liberal's hypocrisy. He's running for president afterall.
